I'm going to be on a road trip with Mrs. Barbarian in a year or two, and one of the things we want to do, is just that.   I'm not going to be able to get that done this trip, but soon...

Oh, and this guy, I found at the very southern point of Puget Sound, an estuary not too far from Tacoma:


There's a bird sanctuary there, with a fair number of visitors.   Blues are pretty smart, and I'm guessing that this guy has learned to panhandle the tourists.   He seemed very unconcerned that I was relatively close to him.
