Dairy problem 's

Has  any one   had a bad  problem with dairy ?   I have had  mine  for a long time now...

Plus  I cant  eat a few other thing 's   cabbage and a few others

and  just today,   I  had  a problem with   diarrhea  [ going  like to much ]   later in the day   I started to

bleed.......     any one  know  why this  happened ?

if the blood is bright red, it means have rubbed your skin raw from toilet paper.

Yes  !   I  have done this  many times ,   but   this time it was  more.......... turned the water  red....

Today ,  so far   nothing...........

I would not wait.

Call you doctor and get a referral to a good doc and get a colonoscopy. Just to rule out any other problems.

Bright red is not an indicator of internal bleeding but after you do have that done that doctor can suggest what may be going on and may also want to do an endoscopy to help you with your digestive issues

Grams, you may have a bleeding hemorrhoid that was irritated by the diarrhea or the dry toilet paper, as TexasConservative mentioned.

Like Rella said, you may want to ask your doctor about it and if you haven't had a colonoscopy in the last 1-3 years, it may be time for one. I've had one, and they're no big deal. They knock you out so you have no idea what they're doing back there. 

As for the milk - a lot of people have problems with dairy products. I adore ice cream, but if I start getting into the habit of eating it, I end up with a chronic sinus infection. My grandson used to have terrible acne. He finally gave up milk and the acne completely cleared up. About a month ago, he started drinking milk again, and now his acne is back with a fury, so now he's going to give up milk, again.
 
There are milk alternatives for those who can't tolerate regular milk - although they take a lot of getting used to, IMO. Coconut milk is pretty good, though.

So  far  today,  every thing is ok !    I  guess  I need to take more pills.......  I was up to 10 ....

Stayed off of all the foods  for a while and went back  to taking only  4  , but now I guess I am back up to

taking 8 pills.....  ice cream is my  favorite   !  So  I switched to chips  and its giving me heart burn........

Still wonder  why GOD  is  not taking  me home...... I cant  figure out what  I supposed to be doing !!!!!!?

I cant drink dairy milk or I get an upset tummy, and ice cream and chocolate often make me cough. Avoid anything that affects you this way.

Yes   ,   I  do not take  foods to often  that bother me........   I  use   rich milk   and almond.....

And  I live with  my son and  his wife and there  8 children,  and they drink that also........  when the cow is not

giving  milk........  Because there are so many  bad things in regular  milk !

some one mentioned to me  that maybe I need to talk to some one ,  and  I remembered my girl friend

whom  I do not know  if she is saved, since I was not going to that church........ But I wrote to her and

found out she is.........  so that is good.....
