I recently stumbled upon this guide, showcasing a handful of natural remedies for low back pack, compiled by physicians and experts, and wanted to share it with this forum:

Also, if you know of any other good remedies for back pain that aren't listed, please share them with me!

What a great list! Thank you for posting it.

I really like the points on mindfulness and deep breathing. In times of pain, our breathing becomes shallow, rapid, and doesn't get oxygen to our tissues, so breathing and relaxation exercises help.

The CBD oil recommendation caught my eye since I'm considering it for some other things.

Something not mentioned on the link for reducing inflammation is fasting. Fasting is a powerful tool to reduce inflammation in the body and there's science to support it.
Just yesterday, I bought this book and will start my fasting program on Monday. I've chosen the alternate day fasting program, not the extended fasting program. So I will not be eating on Monday, Wednesday, Friday of next week.  ::prayinghard::

As soon as you return my bong, TC.

Don't need a bong, my right pinky nail is long enough for even the shortest roach.

Sigh.

I cannot even use "medical" weed. It affects blood thinners.

Nor natural supplements either for the same reason.

Unfortunately I never saw the OP link...

So it remains Tylenol....  which is totally useless.

Never saw the Link ether ```

I do have a item that is a blood thinner and relieves pain and improves circulation, reduces swelling ~ pain is mostly caused by Hydraulic Pressure " swelling "

Many people have their own way of ingesting Turmeric ~ the way that works for me is making a paste of tea spoon of Turmeric, 1/2 level tea spoon of black pepper with enough Good Olive Oil to make the paste ~ Black Pepper aid in the Absorption of Curcumin ( did I spell it right ) together with Olives that removes the Curcumin from the Turmeric Root ~ it's a good compound ~ I spread the past on Good Bread and enjoy it with Good Coffee ~ a lady I know uses coconut oil for the vehicle ```

I cannot take tumeric either.

Is ok... after 3 years of bad pain... you really do get used to it.

Ohan, isn't CBD oil legal in your state?

Yes, it is in both states ~ I have some here that was purchased for daughters dog that was having seizures ~ didn't help maybe too late or the animal had a tumor  ```
