The New House of Israel

[pkTy]

John 10:16
And other sheep(chosen Gentiles) I(Jesus) have,
which are not of this fold(chosen Hebrews):
them (chosen Gentiles)also I(Jesus) must bring,
and they (chosen Gentiles) shall hear my(Jesus) voice;
and there shall be one fold(chosen Hebrews and Gentiles),
and one shepherd(Jesus Christ).

Another proof is when Apostle Paul quoted from Hosea 1 to Roman Gentile believers in Romans 9.

God gave the prophecies in Hosea 1 to the house of Israel (ten tribes under Ephraim), and how they were no longer His people because of their rebelliousness. But in final He said the time would come when He would call them Ami, meaning My people. Paul was including believing Gentiles on Christ Jesus within that fold.
