Would anyone be able to tell me where I have gone wrong in the code for my signature I would like to have?

Here is what I typed into my profile "signature" field but it doesn't come out right when I view the final product:

[size=7][color=A818A6]<b><i>a sister in Christ, denise</i></b>[/color][/size]

[size=8][color=0E97B5]<b>1 Corinthians 16:14 14 Let all that you do be done with love.</b>[/color=0E97B5][/size]

Wow, after I posted this the one part came out HUGE so, well, I'm doing something wrong, LOL!! yeeeeeeeeehaw!! 

I edited your post so that we can see the code you are trying to use.

Your problem is that you are trying to use the wrong code. This forum doesn't recognize these brackets <> you need to use these []. You also cannot use hexadecimal codes for color, you must use words like red, blue, tan, teal, etc. For text size you must put "pt" after the number - size=7pt not 7.

So try this:

[size=7pt][color=purple][b][i]a sister in Christ, denise[/i][/b][/color][/size]

[size=8pt][color=blue][b]1 Corinthians 16:14 14 Let all that you do be done with love.[/b][/color][/size]

And here is what should show up:

a sister in Christ, denise

1 Corinthians 16:14 14 Let all that you do be done with love.

Ok, I appreciate your help.  It said I could use bbcode so I just did that.  I will fix it now,

PS I see, yes, bbcode does not use the <>, ok, I got it now, I think More will be revealed on that though

Try it out in a post and use the preview button. That way you'll quickly learn what works here and what doesn't.

Denise, what font is that you used for your signature in purple? It doesn't look like Georgia---is it?
