I discovered something today... I am 29, have never been married, and have had my share of train wreck relationships. This has at times made the envy I felt at seeing happily marriage couples quite intense. Over time, and with faith, I have found that I don't feel so much that way anymore. There is still some jealousy, unfortunately, but I also find this wonderful, true joy when I see people are happy together. That wins out. It shows me that it does actually exist. It isn't just a fairytale or pipe dream. I will have it too some day, Lord willing. I know it will be happy because I give myself over the Lord more every day, and if He gives me a marriage under those circumstances, I know it will be a happy one.

Praise God.
