Can't send private messages, help please.

Hi, I get an error that says, "You're not allowed to send messages."

Is there a reason for this, can I get this restriction removed from my account please?

You need to have a certain number of posts before you can send PMs. In another thread a moderator did not know how many it was. Later it was established to be 10.

A suggestion to the Admin and Mods: we need a FAQ somewhere that covers all these questions. It should be linked on each page just as the Rules are.
