I am not sure about that.  And you will find even with divorce/remarriage that a group of well meaning people will use the same sets of scriptures and come to different conclusions.

Is your saga not over yet?  Still no divorce proceedings?

How about anyone in the church leadership doing their duty and approaching your wife?

Biblically, your church leadership is failing.  Also, I don't think you can divorce her biblically, even though she is treating you horribly.
