China has declared that it "retains the right to respond further" to the shooting down of its spy balloon, ABC News reports.

After the spy balloon was allowed, by the administration of President Joe Biden, to travel all the way across America, the balloon was finally shot down over the weekend over the Atlantic ocean.

Now, the U.S. military is planning to recover whatever is left of the Chinese spy balloon in an attempt to gain valuable information about China.

In the meantime, China has responded to the downing of its balloon, and it appears that China is not so pleased with Biden's handling of the situation.
