Jude 9
9 But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"

After the death of Moses, Satan came to take away the body of Moses,
it was then that Archangel Michael was sent to stop Satan.
And Archangel said, "The Lord rebuke you!"
Satan was unable to take the body of Moses.
Later God Himself buried Moses & till this day no one knows where He is buried.

Archangel Michael's character is full of light,
he is obedient & faithful to God, strong, courageous, resolute & upright.
He is the true warrior of light, defender of the faith & believers.
And also gives inner strength to all the believers.
Archangel Michael is also the protector of God's chosen Israel.

Blessed are all who fear the Lord,
who walk in obedience to him.
Psalm 128:1

I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10

But those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

Revelation 12:7-9
Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back, but he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

Proverbs 21:31
The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord.

James 4:7
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Luke 10:19
Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.

Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.

Why was Satan thrown out of Heaven.
Satan was thrown out of Heaven because, he rebelled against God.
And instigated some other angels to do the same.
And God knew Satan's inner desires of evil & darkness.
So, would God have asked Satan, if he would ever behave himself?
Would there have been any negotiations with Satan?

The answer is that God already knew what Satan was, so there was absolutely no point in asking Satan, if he & the other dark angels would behave themselves.
And there was no use negotiating with all of them, even if Satan would have tried to convince God of his actions,
because God already knew about Satan's arrogance, his evil plans, of taking the Throne in Heaven & spreading darkness.
And would God have ever negotiated with evil Satan & his dark angels? NO.
And that is why God under His command sent Archangel Saint Michael who threw out Satan & his evil dark beings.
