Vote for the team you think will win the Superbowl this year.   :D

This year's Super Bowl has already been played.  New England won.

But next year, Denver can win if they sign a couple of more players.  Steve Largent and Dan Fouts would be nice complements to Jerry Rice.

Bon Voyage

If Denver wins the SuperBowl, they will probably be playing the Detroit Lions.

tidbit

So far, 100% of the people surveyed have picked Denver to win the Superbowl.  Such an overwhelming majority must bode well for the mile-high team!

Don't take this too wrong, but the Broncos are a Wild Card team at best in a very mediocre AFC West division. New England, Indy and Pittsburgh are the cream of the crop in the AFC and New England owns both Indy and Pittsburgh in the playoffs. New England may very well be the first team to win 3 Super Bowls in a row...

my humble 2 cents

If New England, Pittsburgh, and Indy are so great, then why hasn't anybody voted for them to win the Superbowl in my poll?  huh? huh? huh?

'nuff said.

Mere Nick

If Denver doesn't win it will be George Bush's fault.

I see only 1 person has voted in your poll still...

And it's still unanimous--more than seventy two hours after the beginning of the poll.   Woo hoo!

Just like an Iraqi election under Saddam. . . :blues:

I think Tidbit is using statistics like a drunken man uses a lampost -- for support rather than illumination.

[paraphrase of a quote from Andrew Lang]

tidbit

Well, its been three weeks, and the poll is still unanimous.  I guess I need to get on e-bay and start looking for Superbowl tickets.  Anybody know where they're playing the Superbowl this year?

marc

In sunny Detroit.

Maybe the Lions will host the Broncos.  :p   :noworry:

tidbit

Hey, you're right.  Detroit will host Superbowl XL.  That's totally uncool.

You know, our church has a good Superbowl party each year.  I think I'll stay in town and watch the Broncos on the bigscreen.

Thank you......thank you very much!

Bon Voyage

Too scairt to go to Detroit, playa?

rick6886

Too bad the scripture condemns gambling (actually it is not too bad, it is for our own good...) because Detroit vs. Denver in the Super Bowl?????

I'd mortgage my house that ain't gonna happen this year!!!

It's okay to gamble.  Our righteousness is just filthy rags to Christ.  We can never be good enough to earn our salvation.  So what's a little gambling?  After all, nothing can separate us from the love of Christ.

Carson Palmer will be the MVP of the Superbowl.

parson6

Well, since my personal favorite Buffalo Bills will be out of it by week five I should probably pick someone else.  Looking at the early season play I'm impressed with the Colts.  If they really have developed a defense to go along with Manning and Co. they will be very, very hard to beat.  So, I toss my hat in with the Colts.

Weeble, wouldn't that be something?   I'd love to see that!

Yea, I'd say that.  (a little biased).
