Wiley! Yes I am in the DFW area. I don't work for the Tarrant County one, though, I work for one of the other chapters here. :) I wonder if I knew your daughter(s)...like I said, i just graduated in 2001! But then, of course, ACU is a little bigger than it seems. :)

Ok, I didn't say it originally, but it fit well with what I wanted to say! :) And I don't have as beautiful an intro as he does (or as beautiful a family!) but I'll do my best. :)

My name is Freedom. :) I live in Texas. I don't have a trusty church website to post, as my best friend and I are still looking for a church. I grew up in the CofC and was baptized in 1989. I attended ACU (whoo hoo! I've seen some other ACUers around!), and am currently in graduate school at a state school (though I wish I was back in Abilene! :thumbs-up: ). I work for the Red Cross, and absolutely adore what I do.

Ummmm....I never know what to write on these things. :) So I'll guess I'll just end with:

A big Texas welcome from a fellow Texan!

My oldest daughter is also an ACU Graduate-1998 -BS in Ag Agronomy (I think-time blurs) and a 2002 graduate of ACU Graduate School of Theology w/ Masters in Christian Education (Childrens Ministry). My youngest twin is a Senior in Business (HR) and will graduate either in December or May of next year. My oldest twin is planning to return to school at ACU in the fall. So you are among friends here!!!!

I have heard that from my oldest who is working in the Dallas area :D

My curiosity is killing me--as usual! Are you by anychance in the DFW Metroplex? Years ago, I did communications support during simulated emergency drills in Tarrant County (two way radio type) for the Red Cross in Ft. Worth. That was many years ago though!
