Santa Claus

HoHoHOHOHO!!!   And you're a proper darling you are Barb! :christmas:  :christmas:  :christmas:

You know you have saved my marriage. Oh the Mrs. had never said anything, but I could see the doubt in her eyes each time she looked at me in my borrowed tweed cap!   Darling that she is, I knew she would never ever accuse me, but still and all I could tell she was troubled.

So when I called her over to the console and told her, "Look precious, there's my cap it is!!", her face just lit up like Rudolphs nose and her bosom shook like a bowl full of jelly!!

Than you Barb and bless you!

See you next year!!

HoHo Ho Ho HO HOHO!!  :christmas:  :christmas:  :christmas:

I knew that the red suit symbolized something!

I doubt he drops coal any more.

What with all the international worry over fuel, coal is too valuable.

Can't drop switches anymore, either, 'cause they can be burned, or planted & allowed to bud & grow.  Lack of tree growth, erosion, etc., all that is a big worry these days.  Switches are too valuable for the bad kids.

What's worthless & insulting, boring even, that he could drop in the stockings/shoes/under the tree, whatever is your hoursehold tradition?

Stock certificates for defunct companies?

Nah, not that.  Old enough & they'd be collector's items, too valuable.  Not too old, they'd still be good for kindling or drawing upon... papering the walls... toilet paper... something... still too useful.

Y'all come up with something totally useless, boring, and maybe even slightly chiding or insulting, that Santa could leave for the rotten children.  Not that any of you personally know any rotten children.  Use your imaginations.

To Santa,

Hi. Just wanted you to know, if you've been lookin' for your cap, you left it hanging on the "G" in the "Grace Centered Magazine" logo.  I'm sure Lee can send it your way so your head doesn't get cold up there at the North Pole.

Bon Voyage

Did you know that Santa re-arranged is Satan?   :D

Did everyone see that? Santa thinks I'm a "proper darling".
Thank you, Santa, and you're very welcome.  Don't you pay any mind to these people who do awful things with rearranging the letters in your name.
You decide to drop coal in their stockings next Christmas, I sure wouldn't blame you one bit! :lookaround:

Love,
Barb, a good little girl  :saint:
