How cool for your friend!

The little bit of stage work & movie "extra" work I've done, has not always been in the most perfectly unobjectionable Christian-flavored vehicle... I would love the chance towork on a TBAA episode.

I need to get a picture of Della Reese for my icon next time I change it, 'cause that's how Booty imagined I must look when I first showed up on the board.

Many positive TV shows irritate me from time to time... Sometimes I wonder, "Where did those writers get their religious ideas?  Fortune cookies?  "Hallmark" cards?  Bubble gum wrappers?"

But, even with all that, I'm so glad they are around.  TBAA, 7th Heaven, Doc, etc.; at least they are somewhat popular & force Hollywood to take a little notice.

I'm interested, Barb.

Let us know when the episode is going to air...

So ... my friend Gregory Jbara is gonna be guest-starring on an upcoming episode of Touched By An Angel. I do his web site and had an email from him earlier telling me to scrap the news of him doing a reading of a play in Santa Monica next week because instead he is flying out to Utah for a week to film TBAA.

Just wanted to share! Whatever you think of the show ... and I can understand pros and cons about it ... personally I wouldn't take my theology from this show, or any tv show ... but I do appreciate it's positive message about faith and God and its ability to draw viewers of all faiths.  Plus I think it's cool that Greg got this gig!   :D

So .. if anybody cares, I don't know anything about air date or any of that yet. Another friend of mine did extra work on the show and she told me that it aired about 4 weeks after they shot it. So maybe that'll be the case here ...

To update, fwiw, and if anybody cares ... Greg was able to fill me in on some more about the episode of TBAA he's doing:
He wrote:

{{In the Touched By An Angel episode entitled, "At the End of the Aisle", I will play 'Scott' fiance of Wynonna Judd's character, 'Audrey'.}}

He didn't say, but I'm assuming this is the character she's played before (?) and this will be about "Audrey" moving on with life.
