I decided to get onto the computer tonight and God pushed me to look for a Christian discussion site. I figured that I would post on the singles section due to the fact that I am single.

A little bit about myself I guess...my given name is Richard Anthony. Though most of my life I have been called Tony. I am like everyone else a sinner and unclean. I have made the choice to accept Jesus Christ into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior, therefore making me clean of my sins. In terms of my lifestyle; I am drug and alcohol free, and in terms of being single I am clean of sexual sin. I am actively pursuing God with every breath that I have, and longing for the day where I will be able to stand in His presence.

I am not a "Holier than thou" type of person, but in terms of finding that special person and waiting for God to put her into my path, I have made the decision that I will take nothing less than a girl who is on fire for God. I don't care about your past, Lord knows I have a past of my own....I care only about your present. What are you doing now? How are you living your life?

A few more things about myself: I am multi-talented, I am bi-lingual (Spanish) I have been doing American Kenpo Karate since I was 9 and Jeet Kune Do since I was 18. I started teaching American Kenpo at the age of 18, and have since been able to incorporate a sense of Jeet Kune Do with what I already teach. I am currently studying and practicing Muay Thai Kickboxing. God blessed me a with a photographic memory and since I have become a Christian I have been blessed with the spiritual gift of discernment.

I am currently working at a Subway, and cleaning/repairing vending machines. (2 jobs) I am not in college as of this moment.

I guess that's enough for right now. If anyone is interested in talking, feel free to email me at Arthas_oct4@yahoo.com.

I know Spanish well maybe a little bit like Hola and Gracia's and Wanos Dias, If that's how it's spelled in Spanish,I'm not sure ::pondering::.I would like to take a  Spanish course one day to get really familiar with the language. well I got to go.Happy replying. ::disco::

Just to clear up confusion...my given name is Richard Anthony, some people call my Richard, others call me Tony...

Hi Tony

You noted that you accepted the Lord as your personal Savior. What was your decision or turning point in your life that you needed to accept Jesus. How did you get saved? The turning point for me was because a lot of bad things were happening to me and I was getting into trouble that just didn't make sense. I was baptized for the remission of my sins on May 9,2004 and I don't ever regret making that choice. ::clappingoverhead::

I like reading Spanish -- or listening to a carefully-spoken sermon in Spanish, as I did when I vacationed in New Mexico a while back.  If I can see it, or if it's carefully enunciated, I can figure out what's going on.

Of course normal casual conversation is too fast for me, usually!

Welcome, Tony.

Would you like to put the same info on a thread in the Introductions thread?  You could copy-and-paste even, it's a good intro.
