Favorite line from a movie

One of the old posts ("There'll be no butter in hell!") made me think of my two favorite literature lines:

"Like butter, streak after luscious streak." from Aldous Huxley's Brave New World

"Butter, pitiful hearted butter which melts at the sight of the sun." William Shakespeare, I can't remember which play.

I like that. If I were some sort of mental health professional, I'd be a behavioral psychologist before I'd be either a psychiatrist or a psychoanalist.

It's lovely to figure out what happened to us to 'make us that way'; but NOW, what are we gonna do about functioning healthily in spirit, in society, in the family, in the church? Hmmm?

From the terrible movie 1941 when the two shore watchers get caught in the Ferris Wheel while looking for Japanese invaders.

"Trapped.... like beavers"

Same movie when John Belushi wants to steal a person's motorcycle.

"Look! A baby wolf!" (We used that for years on our kids and they were each probably 5 or 6 before they quit looking ;)

The most popular line in our house (at least for my wife and me) is when the kids or one of us starts ranting about everything that is going wrong. Someone will add.

I have a victory to report! Our Sunday school class is studying 1 Corinthians and today we got to Chapter 11. I've been worrying myself (and my husband) sick, trying to figure out how I'd even go, whether I'd get kicked out or just be rude to my classmates (Can't call them Brothers and Sisters in the mood I was in). But, I went, God helped me be polite, and I can - and want to - look my Brothers and Sisters in the eyes. (No one told my why it could matter to the angels, though.)
