I'm more impressed by Wesley the more I read.  Did the journal mention if his bedtime was 7:30 p.m.?  ::smile::

Wesley is great, and a great example. He, along with several other "giants" of the faith woke up at around 4am to spend an hour or two in prayer every morning. (My biggest beef with Wesley is that he creeped ever so closely to preaching "sinless perfection".)

My parents get up at 5 AM just because they can! That's really messed up!  ::smile::

My grandmother would get up at 4 AM every day, have the housework and chores done by 8 AM, and be in bed by 8:30 PM. Cooked with Reelfoote Lard nearly every day for 92 years, too.

The more I read by and about Wesley the more I like him, too.

I read a book about JW when I was ten years old (and not yet a christian). I don't remember much about it, but I find it impressive.  I am now a Meth. ::saint::
