agape and philadelphia come from God, I believe.  eros comes from the flesh.

I don't think I agree.  Even romantic love comes from God.

I'd have to agree with Spurly, even the Eros kind of love comes from God. It has His blessing and is meant to be kept within the boundaries set forth by Him.

With boundaries, I agree.  Eros can easily turn to evil, though.
