Diets?

Hello all,

I'm planning on going on a diet soon. Does anyone recommend one over the other?

Check out the Maker's Diet, or else Michael Thurmond's. I'm about to start his quick start program where if you begin on Sunday, you can lose a whole dress size by Friday. It involves eating several times a day, drinking lots of water, and having lots of salad greens, of course.
