Saw it and loved it! I like stuff about WWII anyway. Thought it was pretty good.

Has anyone seen Valkaryie with Tom Cruise yet? I've heard mixed reviews but I want to see it. Who has seen it and what did you think of it? If you haven't seen it, do you plan to and what have you heard about it?

It was okay. I fell asleep through part of it. Not that great. John Malcovich was the best character in it.

Who did he play? Yes, I'm ignorant.

I had a good report from somene in my mythology class who I thought was discerning, but a moment later he said he didn't think Superman Returns was all that bad, so.... ::lookaround::

Yeah...that might be a deal breaker. That's kind of like saying you think the 3rd Matrix was good.

I saw Valkyrie and thought it was great... in spite of Tom Cruise. ::wink::

Good edge-of-your-seat suspense and an interesting story.

I am looking forward to seeing the film (though probably on DVD) because I wrote a paper in college on the relationship between Hitler and the German Army, including various attempts on his life.

I don't know how the film handles it, but he had at least two near misses, showing that he had a charmed life.

The story is intriguing since I enjoy history, with Tom Cruise in the main role, I would keep harkening back to the scene of him jumping wildly on Oprah's couch a few years ago.

Next thing you know Paris Hilton will be playing the title role in the Susan B. Anthony biography.

Nope it was Christian Berkel who looked a lot like him.
