yea except not really, sex is a red herring becuase unlike alcohal in excess which is always wrong, sex is right in some contexts and not right in other contexts.  Regardless of the context the advice is still valid.  You have already proven you can not answer questions in a direct manner and are constantly deflecting issues so it really is impossible to discuss matters with you in a point counter point logical way.

Your in sin. God says your not allowed to divorce your wife. Direct and logical enough?

I don't believe that's quite what He said.  It was more like, "if you send your wife away, you're causing her to commit adultery.  Unless she's already committing adultery, in which case, you obviously didn't cause it."

rppearso

If a wife prudes out she is causing her husband to commit adultry 1 cor 7.  We can play this game all day long, if husband and wife just took care of each other instead of looking for excuses to not do something pleasing to the other we would not have this problem (or not do things that are displeasing).  But I feel like im talking to a wall and that im not talking to christians at all.

If Jesus Christ, Lord of All, was humble enough to be a servant to His very creation. Why can't you "settle" for a form of sex that isn't your "favorite"? Why are you better than Jesus?

no one causes anyone else to committ adultery, that is that persons decision. We are all responsible for what WE do.No one is forced to be unfaithful. No one HAS to be unfaithful.
What if you marry your girlfriend and then she, for whatever reason, cannot have sex for a long period? Are you going to committ adultery?  Will you only be faithful as long as she always does exactly what you want sexually until the day she dies? or when you marry her will you promise to be faithful in any and every situation that you may find yourself in in the future?

rppearso, you have chosen to carry on having sex with a women who you are not married to and while you are still married to soemone else, despite that fact that God forbids it. You have chosen to marry a non Christian lady despite the fact that God tells us not to.
You are putting your drive to have your sexual need met before God. That is your choice but it isnt going to be beneficial to you even though in the short term you can have sex. Which is more important, your relationship with God or sex ? If you put God first you would have stopped having sex until you are divorced and remarried, and you would not consider marrying a non Christian lady. You appear to have made your choice but it isnt to late to change your mind and do what God wants. He gives us many chances but in the end he just leaves us to our own sinful state, and all the bad consequenses of our choices..

I see you like a person rowing down the river towards a large dangerous waterfall. Many are shouting to you trying to warn you of the danger but you just carry on going the worng way anyway. Your choice will make you go over that dangerous waterfall, but you will have no one to blame but yourself as you have been warned and challenged so many times.

Obviously not. He already failed the 1st time around and doesn't regret it. Why would the 2nd attempt be any better?

Masterbation is not a sin as long as it is not done lusting after someone (I will not acnolage anyones retort on this issue unless you can provide concret scriptral proof that its a sin for EVERYONE not just Er lol).  The bible states that if you burn with passion you should marry.  Im not saying just marry anyone but a sex drive like that ought to motivate you to get on some christian dating sites, find christian dating singles groups, etc.  Finding a mate is not some magical experience, it takes work just like getting a degree or finding a job.  I feel there is very little guidance in chruch as to how to go about finding a mate (or even facilitation of dating in chruch) but there is plenty of condemnation if you act out, shame on the church for setting people up for failure.  I believe in providing real solutions people can work with (as I am an engineer lol) and my clients dont appreciate "well pray about it and Jesus will guide the way" lol.  If you are talking to christians and they are not offering you clear consise usefull information then they are just taking the easy way out.  Im not saying not to pray, but prayer is most useful when your hand is already on the wrench and you just need a little (or alot lol) help to turn it, if you are sitting on the couch and you have not even gone to the store to buy the wrench you are dead in the water.  You can also set up a profile on craigslist.  I will issue one word of warning, most guys want to test drive before they buy, this is because feminism has very deep roots in the church, men have alot to loose and not much to gain by getting married.  The feminism in church has drasticly set men up for failure and then when they do fail the church beats them over the head for it eventually causing them to leave (this is the story of my life lol, luckily it only cost me a year and a half alot of guys suffer for years with a sexually neglectful wife before they pull the ejection seat), the days of the submissive wife are long gone so its like a mine field for us guys to even attempt to be godly in the area of sex.  Women are trying to take on the role of the male and want the men to be submissive and that is a sick twisted evil perversion.

I believe that the Lord WILL bring me my mate in His time! I got into trouble marrying someone from a dating site that claimed to be a Christian! If you want to mess things up, then take matters into your own hands

This has got to be the worst twisting of scripture that I have ever seen. You are adding to it what you want it to say based on your biases.

What does integrity and responsibility mean in any context? Even the secular world sees this.

Have a nice day.

How can you expect to be taken seriously when you answer a question with a question, you are making yourself look like an idiot.

Guys! Come on!  If you two can't make up and put this aside then leave the topic.  This forum is not used for arguing; this forum is used for help, like the author of this topic!

If people could answer my questions in a direct and consise manner then things would be fine, but it is unbelivable how condesending people are on here.  The questions people ask on here are very serious and when someone shoots from the hip im going to call them out on it.  They refuse to answer a simple question because they know that answering that question would prove them wrong.  I have conceded in another thread and I continued to be berated, I mean seriously if I concede to a point why would you continue to brow beat me lol.

now you have gone to blaming us here instead of yourself. What did you expect coming on a Christisn forum and telling us all what lifestyle you are living and why your marriage broke up? No one is going to give you three cheers and say well done for sinning and putting your sexual needs above everyone and everything else including God.

Do you not fear God? Does it not concern you that you would rather your girlfriend remains a non Christian just so you can have os and as outside of marriage? When will you put her salvation (and yours) above this driving and out of balance need for constant os and as.
What happens if you both die in a car wreck tomorrow.? Honestly it really isnt worth ther risk, this is eternity we are talking about. Which is more important to you sex now or eternity without Jesus?.

rppearso

Yes you have a point, this is why I am becomming increasingly irritated with my ex and that I still do not have my divorce paper work.  I believe I am right with God I am just not right with the state, it irritates me that the divorce process is so onerous.  Our society and feminism in the chruch has created a real counnundrum for men these days making it increasingly difficult to follow the law of God.  If things were still followed from bible times I would have had the divorce the same day she moved out and could have got remarried.  All we can do is the best we can in this life.  BTW I have talked about Jesus with my GF, I will also ask her if she is baptised.  The bible says if you burn with passion you are to marry but if the state creates a stumbling block to getting re-married because the divorce process is so onerous then shame on the state.

So yes it is very irritating, I do not believe God will condemn when so many stumbling blocks have been placed in front of men of God.  The men of God have little to no support, this is why I am so adamant about my stance on sexual issues in marriage.  If your purdishness is causing your husband to stumble and his very walk with God is effected your are a rotten wife and deserve to be thrown away, you are putting your husband in a horrible position

There you go again blaming the state for your sexual immorality. The choice is yours. You dont have to have sex with your girlfriend until you are married. You wont die without sex. You are not right with God on this issue. We all need to aviod sex outside marriage. Hubby and I had to wait while his divorce dragged on, so why cant you? You are not an exception to Gods rules.
.
You need to STOP sinning  now and do the right thing before God and your girlfriend. Dont you even know if she is a Christian or
not? being baptised wont make her one, only a personal relationship with Jesus will, and if she becomes one she needs to stop having sex with a married man. Does she know that the Bible teaches that sex outside marriage is wrong?
