Have a sore throat?

Try this remedy for a sore throat:

Boil one mug of water
Add in one capful of lime or lemon juice
Add a pinch of cyanne pepper
Add in a bunch of cinnamon
Stir in two spoonfuls of honey

Strain and enjoy. I did this last night and after all sorts of "western" medicine, it is the only thing that make my throat well enough so I could swallow.

At the first sign of a bit of a sore throat coming on - gargle with apple cider vinegar ---even if it's 2 am -do it fast!

Also, what size spoon for the honey, teaspoon, soup spoon, or tablespoon. A soup spoon =2 teaspoons, and a tablespoon=3 teaspoons. I bake a lot and know measurements.

I do hope you're absolutely certain that your sore throat is caused by allergins; 'cause if it were strep throat, your remedy would not be too likely to get the problem under control. Incidentally, strep throat is quite contagious.

Gargeling with warm salt water helps me a lot. Believe it or not, black coffee is helpful to. I only drink it black and found it helps a sore throat due to cold symptoms or allergies.
