if she isnt interested in you there is nothing you can do. She is going to marry soon and be another mans wife, you need to leave her alone now.No amount of loosing weight will change her mind.She isnt your girlfriend anymore.
Its sounds as if she has used you but you need to leave it in the past. Are you a christian?

Go TO her house let her see you shake the dust off of your feet. Forget her find a girl that can appreciate you . Finish your studies. Amount to something other
