Can anyone recommend a good website host? I want to build a website for our coin store. I'll want to start small and expand, so I'd like to start as cheaply as possible, but with a company that will offer expanded services when I need them.

Hi

We can help you with that. Do you have a monthly budget in mind?

We don't have a large hosting setup, but we do host for our web development clients and we manage their hosting based on their website needs.

No offense, but I'm looking for recommendations from people who use a service not from those who are providing it. I can Google with he best of them to find a webhost, but I'd like to hear from people who have used them.

We use our own hosting for all our sites and it rocks!  ::cool::  ::noworries::

If you are on a budget and don't need serious resources, 1and1 is surprisingly good, but if you need oomf that is scalable, MediaTemple is great.

If I can advise you on one thing, it's to avoid both Godaddy and Network Solutions at all costs.

I use hostgator and vodahost.  I'm very pleased with both.
