What is the difference between a believer and non-believer, if both can go to hell?

Is someone believes in God are there gifts they can receive?

Why is this in the Catholic Forum ??

He has given them many gifts of the Holy Spirit, still, grace can be lost, so even those that believe, or are bestowed with gifts, can still lose their salvation.  ie. it's never a matter of once saved, always saved.
