Hi to all and many believers say that there is only one gospel , but I have never had them give a verse where there is on gospel that covers Genesis  through Revelation .  And the Gospel of the Grace of God has seven   descriptive names that are found in Paul's letters to the Body of Christ .

But is PAUL'S letters we have the following Gospels mentioned .

#1 , MY  GOSPEL , and it  is used in Rom 2:16 and in Rom 16:25 and 2 Tim 2:8 and it was revealed  exclusively to the Apostle Paul by the Risen Christ .  Today , the Holy Spirit teaches all believers ,  BUT  the risen Christ  taught ONLY  the apostle Paul .

#2 , The Gospel of Christ was used by Paul in Rom 1:16 and in 11 other verses .

#3 ,  The  Gospel of Peace , was used  in Rom 10:15 and Eph 6:15 where we have peace with God and the Peace of God

#4 , The Gospel of His Son , in Rom 1:9 .

$5 , The Gospel of God , used 6 times by Paul Rom 1:1  ;  15:16  ;  2  Cor 11:7  ; 1 Thess 2:2, 8-9  ;

#6 , The Gospel of the Uncircumcision  found in Gal 2:7  .

#7 ,  The Gospel  of your Salvation and is found In Eph 1:13 .

I think that there is more than one Gospel , what say you ?

A good resource to help answer this question is "Wrongly Dividing the Word of Truth" by Dr. H. A. Ironside.  It is invaluable when dealing with this issue and you can read it online for free!

Hi OldDad , and in the beginning , Ironside himself held to a Pauline  Dispensanaltional view , and later om recanted and wrote a book " wrongly dividing the word of truth ."

Everyone has the right to write and be wrong !!

Since you disagree with Paul and what he wrote in Eph 3:1-9 ,  Acts 20:24  ,  Col 1:25 , why not debate me or write an expose'  as to why it is right or wrong , and the choice is yours , no pressure , dan p

OldDad

I don't disagree with Paul - I disagree with your loony interpretation of what he wrote.  BTW, Paul did not write Acts - Luke did.

And I'm not interested in giving your view any more exposure than necessary, so I'll not debate you.

Dr. Ironside's book, "Wrongly Dividing the Word of Truth" speaks well enough for me.  Anyone can look at it for free online.

Hi RichardBurger , and OldDad will not respond , except to quote  Dr Ironsides and who use to be a Dispensationalist , but recanted and they think that we are just a small group , and they are wrong .  Some of our biggest groups are in Africa , Phippines  , and Brazil  and I write to those who have never heard of Pauline Dispensationalism , like in Eph 3:1-9  ,  Col 1:25  , and Acts 20:24  , or Rom 16:25 , dan p

AFAIK, Ironsides is still a dispensationalist.  He just came back from the edge of insanity where the whole dual-gospels theorum resides.

Hi WS , ALL Dispensationalist begin the Body of Christ with Paul  EXCEPT , those who begin it in Acts 2 and Pentecost and are not dispensationalist , since they start it at Pentecost , a Jewish feast day .
