I can post, but I cannot answer a post. I cannot participate in the forum, all I can do is post. Once in a while I can answer a post, but most of the time it is blocked. As soon as it comes up it is blocked.  This has been going on for sometime. I talked with my computer guy he said that I am being blocked. I will not be able to answer your reply or read it. I get no responce from the moderators.  Send me an E-mail: bpate33@charter.net

What does it say on the screen when you get "blocked"?

Something else to keep in mind... if others have posted on the thread between the time you click "reply" and when you click "post" on your completed post, it will give you a warning that new posts have been added to the thread.  In that case, you have to click "post" again, and it should take it.

That may not be what the problem is... but, just trying to rule out other possbilities...

I get blocked from replying to posts almost every time I log on.  If I wait a few minutes, I can then post a reply.  I have no idea why that happens, but I've just learned to deal with it.

What are you doing with this "Starware Toolbar", is that something you have on your computer on purpose?

Are you running Internet Explorer for your operating system?  Do you use Microsoft stuff?

Have you got some kind of ad blocker that disagrees with those ads Lee has scattered about that help him fund this site?

(I am a total NASA monkey about these matters, soI'm just asking what few things come to mind from my limited experience.)

I never thought that it was the "Starware tool bar." page.  I guess that I am not much of a computer person.  I deleted it, everything is okay. Thank you so much for your help.

You have to be careful with those little "ware" programs.  Some of them fall in the category of "adware" or even "spyware," which you're better off not having on your computer.  Sometimes, those things will get on your computer without your permission if you open or click on the wrong thing.

I don't know how it got on my computer, but it certainly has caused a lot of problems. I accused the moderators of blocking me.  I apologize, that was a stupid thing to do. I guess I liked the idea that I was being persecuted.
