Christian Leadership Elder Discussion

[scucmd]

I would like to start a discussion on Christian Leadership and Eldership but do not see the place this would best fit, could you direct me to the right board, please?  Thanks.

Is the discussion pertaining to your specific beliefs as a Christian leader, do you have questions, or do you want to share some insight regarding leadership?
