I want to see this film, but, I have no clue if it will ever be showing in a theater near me. I believe this Christian documentary will become much more popular than "Obama 2016". I am not yet allowed to post a link about this documentary, so, someone else will have to post the link for me. Thanks.

Can you at least tell us the name so we can look it up?

"The Principle"

At the moment, it is only going to be shown in Chicago. I hope I am soon able to see this documentary. From what I understand, many atheists' are already getting very worried and the documentary isn't even out yet.

Interesting, what's it about?

This documentary is questioning whether the earth has a special place in the universe. I want to see this documentary so I can find out if they do or do not have evidence.

The trailer is little more than a rehash of the same old cosmetology questions that I first saw way back in 1980.

It must be a very compelling documentary since many atheists on atheistic science forums I visit are very worried about this documentary. I hope this means this documentary exposes evidence atheistic scientists are suppressing. it is about time.

Did you mean "cosmology" [study of the nature and construction of the universe] instead of "cosmetology?" [the art or profession of applying cosmetics]

You might want to also check out "Let the Lion Roar" with Kevin Sorbo playing John Calvin.

It is about finishing the job the Reformers started.

I was surprized to find I personally know 2 of the actors in the film (Don Finto and Paul Wilbur) and have met a few more (Sid Roth, Jonathon Bernis, Jim Goll)

No, I meant exactly the double-play on words that I wrote.... the "faking-up" of an old science to try and make it attractive.

Nevertheless

I saw nothing in that trailer that would make an atheist "worried".

Certain scientists sent a planck satellite into space and were surprised by the results and so they sent up two more planck satellites hoping they would get different results. This is why so many of these Atheists and Atheistic Scientists are worried about "The Principle".

On the Facebook page for "The Principle", the number of likes for this documentary have been increasing exponentially in the last two days. I just looked on the Facebook page for "The Principle" and the number of likes for this documentary are at 70,336. See how fast the likes are going up on Facebook for "The Principle" This will be one of the biggest most controversial documentaries of our time. Are you ready. I am so excited.

FishingForSouls

There is now an article on the Southern Poverty Law website which was posted today under "HATE WATCH" calling "The Principle" anti-Semitic. Things are really heating up.

Amazing, there have been 1,000 more likes on Facebook for "The Principle" since one of my earlier posts in this thread.

The worried part might come into play when they are proving there is a God.  It's no surprise to us, but to an atheist, it might be.

Interesting that they say that but admit that they have not yet seen the film:

QuoteA major "documentary" whose executive producer is a radical anti-Semite is set to premiere this Friday in an Illinois cinema complex owned by a firm that was started by a Polish-Jewish immigrant and is still run by his son and grandson.

The film, "The Principle," has not yet been seen by reviewers, but is billed by its producers as a challenge to the Copernican revelation that the earth is not at the center of the universe,

It goes on to describe the producer as a Earth Centrist and Holocaust revisionist (not a denyer).

Since I have some real problems with this organization, I will not link to their site.

One of the quotes; "If the earth does turn out to be special, then I would say God made a mistake". A very scientific observation based on the future longevity of man and planet, but not realizing that God's plan supersedes a healthy planet and species.

Looks very interesting though.

If a plane is flying from New York to Los Angeles and another plane is flying from Los Angeles to New York and both planes left their airports at the same time and are traveling at the same speed, if the earth is rotating 1,000 miles per hour as Atheistic Scientists claim it is, why do both planes make it to their destination at the same time?

FishingForSouls

I noticed CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network) has an article an videos about "The Principle".

That's pretty silly conjecture since the atmosphere of the earth (where jets travel) is also turning with the earth at the same rate of speed.

Doesn't matter. I think you're somewhat confused with the physical properties of earth, the atmosphere, and gravity.

Let me ask you this; if you jump up, does the earth move a fraction of an inch while you are airborne causing you to land in a different spot than you started? Of course not, everything contained within the earths atmosphere are subject to same rotational speed of the earth itself.

Then, how do the planes in the scenario above make it to their destinations at the same time?

Because they are also travelling at the same speed of the earths rotation, you are extremely confused here, but this is elementary physics taught at the 7th or 8th grade level.

They travelled the same speed and the same distance, that is how. The earths rotational speed does not affect things that are contained within the earths atmosphere.

If the earth is moving at 1,000 miles per hour in only one direction, the planes in the scenario above would get to their destination airport at different times, unless the earth is not moving.

You don't want to account for the earth moving 1,000 miles per hour and how it would throw off the timing of the plane in the opposite direction.

You're just not getting it  ::doh::

The sky where the planes are travelling is moving at the same speed as the ground.
