Piers Morgan recently asked Graham Hancock what he thought about the work of Filippo Biondi, and Graham responded with "I'm fascinated by the work that Filippo Biondi and his team have done... My pleasure. There is so much already that simply does not fit present historical or scientific simple to complex models or narratives. Which are basically ignored without any deeper investigations because they do not. I am very sure there is a whole lot more out there, just so few there be that are actually looking for them.

I've been trying to keep an eye on this one, to see what develops supporting it or not. If the global flood account is true, and humanity was intelligent and industrious from the beginning, there should be a lot more evidence than that which has already been found still buried. Although much has reportedly been found in the past which is denied today, while evidence of such seems to have disappeared. Suggesting either a massive coverup or massive amounts of hoaxes being performed by many throughout history.

Still, there is enough existing evidence to make many question the predominant historical and scientific simple to complex narratives.

A lot of allegory and conjecture regarding that which is simply and directly explained by Holy Scripture itself.

There was simply a different irrigation system of the world in the original creation. Among many other things which were much more conducive to much more abundant, robust, longer lasting, and larger forms of life. As is evidenced in the fossil and other remains the world over.

Later Scripture reveals a deeper spiritual meaning. In Book of Revelation 2:17,

The manna in the wilderness becomes a parable of spiritual nourishment—the life and teaching that come from Christ.

Jesus Himself said:John 6:35"I am the bread of life."

4. The pattern in the parable When these verses are placed together, the imagery forms a beautiful sequence:

Doctrine from heaven falls like dew (Deuteronomy 32:2).

Dew covers the earth quietly during the night.

Manna appears with the dew (Numbers 11:9).

The manna points to Christ, the true bread from heaven.
So the parable shows that God's teaching prepares the heart, and then Christ Himself becomes the life-giving bread.


5. Why the imagery matters Dew is gentle and unseen while it falls. In the same way:

Interesting videos about giants, their disappearing bones, and other evidences associated with them. While the videos speak of a class of giant leaders, I think it more likely that the bones of the giants were the oldest remains found. Of the larger and more intelligent descendants of the antediluvians who originally built the more technical structures found. Their size, knowledge, and know how disappearing over time as humanity and all else devolved. I could see such societies placing their largest members in position of leadership, thinking that their size made them more closely related to, and therefore capable as the giants of their past which they memorialized obviously were.

The giants were already on the earth, before the sons of God went in unto the daughters of men. Nor would fallen angels be referred to as sons of God. People were much larger at creation than they are now. Just like many historical accounts of their remains have testified, and just like countless finds of much larger plants and animals than we have today are found as well.

Evidence of widespread organized civilization, connected to huge copper mining and therefore no doubt distribution as well. Thanks, Amo. I'm forwarding this to my oldest grandson who has a job walking power lines in various states. He's been in West Virginia for a week now.

The word Nephilim is often pulled into images of towering giants and monsters, but the text itself places the emphasis elsewhere:

"The Nephilim were on the earth in those days... They were the heroes of old, men of renown." — Genesis 6:4

The focus is not their height, but their renown—their name, their reputation among men.

In that sense, there are two kinds of "renown":

The renown that rises from dying mankind—fame, power, influence, the kind the world celebrates
And the renown that comes from another authority—faith given by God

One builds a name on the earth.
The other receives a name from heaven.

Consider David.
He was not "renowned" in the way the world measures greatness. Yet by faith, he overcame Goliath—the visible champion of earthly renown.

So the contrast stands:

Worldly renown: outward strength, reputation, spectacle
Faithful renown: inward courage, given by God

When believers become unevenly yoked, they mix these two—seeking the world's renown while claiming the faith of Christ. But the two do not share the same source.

That is why the warning matters.

And by the end of the book, there are no giants left to fear—no monsters, no legendary men of old—only those who belong to Christ, and those who followed the name of this world

The context of the scriptures in Genesis six is not about men of great faith, but rather the wickedness of humanity leading to their destruction. The Sons of God, referring to those of the true faith, diluting and eventually destroying that faith by taking the daughters of men outside of the true faith. The Hebrew word for giant we are referring to, is used only three times in the Old Testament. Two of those uses are unquestionably referring to literal giants, in Numbers 13:33. All are of course free to choose whatever meaning they wish, according as they choose too understand the testimonies of scripture our Lord has graciously provided for us.

More about giants and Kentucky coal mines. The video briefly addresses who might want to hide such information. Strangely enough it does not include evolutionists or the evolution supporting Smithsonian, but rather considers religions more likely to be hiding these finds. Even though the Smithsonian is often referenced among those who took over the investigation of many of these sites, never to be heard from again.
