Ok folks....it's there for a reason. Please just click it after you finished typing your post. It is very fast and will help you communicate better.

It's a cool feature Lee;  just hard to break bad habits.

Thanks for putting it on.

And I used it this time.

Have a praise.

Yikes, as poor of spelling as that was, twd's post came up like this after the spell check.  ::lookaround::

But I think it's safe to say that no one is, in all honesty, that bad of a speller.  ::blushing::

Now grammar.....that's another story.   ::blushing::

Ode to the Spell Chequer
Anonymous

Eye half a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.
Eye strike a key and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It shows me strait a weigh.
As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee fore two long
And eye can put the error rite
Its rare lea ever wrong.
Eye have run this poem threw it
I am shore your pleased two no
Its letter perfect awl the weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.

Actually, it didn't like "chequer".  Apparently the spell checker has never read Ivanhoe:
"Away! our journey lies through dell and dingle, Where the blithe fawn trips by its timid mother, Where the broad oak, with intercepting boughs, Chequers the sunbeam in the green-sward alley--- Up and away!---for lovely paths are these To tread, when the glad Sun is on his throne Less pleasant, and less safe, when Cynthia's lamp With doubtful glimmer lights the dreary forest."

That was cute Never.  ::applause::

No wonder you get so much manna.  ::kissing::

I didn't write it, just copied it  --  quite a few years ago.

It must be my deep inner resentment of conforming to demands of authorities...  I hate a spell checker.  I hate even more those thingies that correct your grammar and punctuation.
