It was not until about my nineteenth year that I really began to understand my great need for spiritual nourishment. Only after adopting a regular devotional routine was I granted divine victory against sins which had me in a choke-hold for years prior.
My musical pursuits eventually led me to a church community in Montreal unlike any I had ever experienced before, and which has played a significant role in my spiritual development ever since. A book of C.S. Lewis essays gifted to me by my father sparked in me a passion for studying Scripture and other Christian literature which was previously nonexistent. I can credit these changes in my character to nothing but the grace of God.
In light of these blessings, it is my goal in all of my writing to encourage deep thought within the church, to put forth the solutions offered by the Christian faith to prevalent social issues, and to contrast modern cynicism, skepticism, and hysteria with honesty, levelheadedness, and systematic thinking.

There is a particular deception which has planted itself in the collective attitude and is growing at an alarming rate. It is a misunderstanding of two perfectly united terms which hinders unbiased perception and reasoning, favoring emotional rather than logical responses in the context of social discourse. I am speaking of the false dichotomy of condemnation and tolerance.
