More fake news....funny anyway, and especially in regards to the fanatics that actually were predicting a coming ice age several decades backs.

There was a flurry of journalists, back in the 70s, who after a couple of cold winters, decided we were headed for an ice age.   Climate scientists at the time were arguing that it was temporary and that warming was on the way:
